Shipping policy

The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Processing

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day.

Shipping

We ship Go Bamboo domestically in New Zealand, for Australian orders please refer to our Australian online stockist. Shipping times are 2-4 business days for domestic delivery.

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Go Bamboo is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
